At Heart-Lys Hair Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. We simply ask in the event you are unable to attend your appointment, you kindly let us know 48 hours in advance. Your consideration helps to manage our schedules more appropriately to continue providing exceptional service to all our valued patrons.
**PLEASE BE ADVISED a non-refundable 100% fee applies to all NO SHOWS/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.
A 50% fee applied to all reschedules under 48hrs. Fee serves as a deposit to all services rescheduled within ONE WEEK (7 Days) of the original appointment date. Subject to stylist availability.
